		<description><![CDATA[As a Michigander, I can tell you that the &quot;no-fault&quot; (so-called) law here is a joke. It&#039;s a form of socialism, and like all forms of socialism, it drains the public coffers and coddles those who genuinely ought to be punished for their negligence.

Meanwhile, freedom and responsibility go hand-in-hand. I&#039;m all for repealing the mandatory helmet laws, but believe that those who ride without a lid should be required to purchase additional insurance, so the rest of us aren&#039;t footing the bill if they sustain a catastrophic head injury.]]></description>
